This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a lovely indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find places with great exchange rates. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a xmas.

the reception staff were absolutely rude, greeted like an inconvenience, honestly shocking! the bar was unattended, how woudl one know to get served? furthermore, after all the trouble, i expected a complimentary drink or something for the hassle, but no. how disappointing! i almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

A cozy stay in tranquility
Surrounded by stunning landscapes, we enjoyed peace by the lovely pool and excellent service. Breakfast featured a variety of tasty options, making mornings delightful.
Our room was cramped, with narrow access on one side of the bed. The shower screen was dirty, and some amenities were not well-maintained.

A Beautiful Setting with Potential for Improvement
The stunning architecture and expansive gardens truly created a lovely ambiance during my stay. My room in the pavilion was spacious and featured a nice balcony, which added to the charm. the dining experience could be improved, as I found the menu options to be a bit limited and pricey for a three-star establishment.

the setting is just lovely, and the swimming pool is great. the staff were super helpful and friendly, which made our stay even better. the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and we really enjoyed the quietness of the place. our room was comfy and had a nice view. breakfast was more than decent!
however, some parts of the hotel need some serious upgrades, like the peeling paint and stained carpets. also, we couldn't book a dinner reservation, which was super disappointing.
