Awesome place with free wi-fi, a lovely indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find places with great exchange rates. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a xmas.

Consistently courteous and accommodating staff, it was very lovely stay.
The hotel was pleasant and clean with delightful views of the extensive gardens. The luxury double room was airy and had a safe box, central heating and a work desk. The location was amazing and lovely, to the patisserie which is for me of top quality! And I were not far from the Bar and Restaurant and Le Touquet and Flanders War cemetaries.

The reception staff were rude, greeted like an inconvenience, honestly shocking! The bar was unattended, how woudl one know to get served? After all the trouble, i expected a complimentary drink or something for the hassle, but no. How disappointing! I almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn't.

A cozy stay in tranquility
Surrounded by fine landscapes, we enjoyed peace by the lovely pool and excellent service. Breakfast featured a variety of tasty options.
Our room was cramped, with narrow access on one side of the bed. The shower screen was dirty, and some amenities were not well-maintained.

The setting is fine, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The kids loved the tennis court and the spacious family room worked perfectly for us. I especially appreciated the really good meal we had at the restaurant, nice.
My kids wished for better soundproofing in our room.

The setting for the hotel is excellent and the main building itself is very impressive and the facilities are first class.
We found the maitre d' a little abrupt and bad-mannered.... everybody else was very friendly and helpful.
